Bright Horizons Manchester Day Nursery & Preschool

My daughter literally grew up here since she turned one! Everything was perfect with some really amazing staff! Really sad to see this wonderful nursery close down soon. We will keep our fingers crossed and hope everything turns out okay.

I can’t recommend this nursery enough! Both my children have gone to this nursery for the last 3 years and both have been really happy and have made unforgettable memories! All staff is great, caring, helpful and always with a smile when you come in!

My son was here until we had to pull him out due to the shocking change in behaviour when moving rooms, he was always complimented on his behaviour in the previous room, this changed within a month of changing room, Complaints weren't listened to, he wet his pants daily, even though he was potty trained in the room before, half the staff are fantastic and deserved to be treated better the other half poor, at least once a week we were filling out an accident form for him being hurt, They only care about the money and having as many kids as possible with inadequate supervision, they'll find any excuse to send them home, they have a 3 strike rule of 3 loose poos in a 24 hour period they get sent home and can't come in the next day, this is difficult when your child is teething but doesn't matter to them as you still have to pay, We weren't the only parents to experience the above, Since moving, he's happy, hasn't had 1 wet accident, we feel he gets looked after and we haven't had to fill out an accident form,

My son's experience and ours in this wonderful nursery is fantastic. From a parent's point of view, the staff are friendly and always ready to help, listen and support you. They are a point of trust, and for a parent, this is very important. My son has learnt everything, to be independent, autonomous in many things, to play with his peers, to do group and individual activities. It's been constant growth since his first day.

I had to delete my previous review as I changed my toddler to another nursery and I could see the difference between this two nurseries. When my son was a baby he’s been on the baby room and he’s been fine. Shazia was taking care of him and he was completely fine. We were receiving pictures with him every day and he was fine when we were handing him out to her. Since he joined the toddler room he started crying all the time when we where handing him out and the ladies told us that this is completely normal as all toddlers do same but after we are gone he is ok and in the last 2 months they have upload pictures with him in the app maybe twice. Now he has joined to a different nursery since 3 weeks and he is absolutely happy every time we are handing him out. I have never seen him so excited. They don’t have so many kids in their toddler group and they are doing lots of activities with them every day. They have a diary in their app where they submit pictures every day and is more clean than Bright horizons.

If your child has any behavioural issues don’t send them here, they will keep them until the extra funding is cleared then will do everything until you take your child out they only care about money.

Brilliant nursery: our son loves it and they’ve been great with him for the nigh on 3 years he’s been there.
