Read the 2022 ofsted report and the multiple local news stories! Especially the one where 2 children escaped the nursery..... Anywhere else is better!

Lovely staff and lovely nursery, my only issue is the app is terrible would be nice to see some investment in making the app parent friendly and so I don't see children from a completely different room in my news feed all the time I mean it's lovely to see the babies having fun but it's not my child! Reason for my knocking off a star. Maybe use the expensive fees to update the app it's so frustrating to see no bills or invoices. Can we have a bills section so I don't have to ask for these going forward each month. Emma is amazing and my son really likes her. Positive Reliability, Quality
