Bright Horizons Bramingham Day Nursery & Preschool

My daughter has been going to this nursery for a good few months now and I just have good things to say about it! She’s developed so much more since going and feels super comfortable with all the grown ups on her room, I know she’s well taken care of every day and it’s always great to see my baby so happy on all the pictures sent to me on the nursery’s app. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Lovely nursery and amazing staff

I have two daughters who attended this nursery and both love it and are thriving, they even eat all the dinners provided (which they don't do at home.) The staff are lovely, the girls key workers absolutely adore them and seem genuinely excited to see them when we arrive in the morning. The app is great providing regular updates, and communication is easy. When they started as babies, I rang regularly those first few days to get an update which they were happy to provide. They also do nice little events around mothers day, pancake day etc. to get the parents involved as well. Overall really happy

I'm very unhappy with this nursery,the manager Sarah Jane is very rude and racist, they accused me of smelling weed,l was shocked because I have never drunk alcohol and drugs in my life , I was using a Tom Ford perfume and I went to the nursery again after the call and I took the perfume with me and the same clothes that I went the first time, And I told the manager to call the police to come and confirm is a parfume no weed and Sarah Jane refused to call the police, I went directly and took a drug test I send with email and they didn't even apologise for that , they also reported me to the MASH, I removed my son directly from that nursery, the staff is very racist , I don't recommend them as a nursery , I hope thay take measures for this staff and for the accusations they make, thank you

It was a lot of situations when my son is coming wet at home and he was getting ill most of the time because of this. It was a lot of time conversation with staff and it's a lot of other issue there. I have full voice recording conversation with the staff I hope the head office read and I'm happy to share with them and let them understand what staff thay have and for what I was paying my son nursary

This daycare has significant safety issues. There are no cameras, and the childcare workers were also rude & aggressive to my child. Highly not recommended.
