Pathways Academy is a terrible school. My child was enrolled there and because he was not a “model student” he was kicked out several times with no tuition being returned. We were made to wait 2 months for them to decide if they were taking him back. Our family lost a ton of money in lost wages and paying nannies while we waited for a decision that was never made. Staff does not care about the student or families. The owner of the school just sees each head as dollar signs. There were several times tuition was debited more than once out of my account. Pathways continued to take tuition from us even though my child was sent home for 2 months to “wait” They also owed us money for their newly government funded program. They doctored a letter to not provide the total refund. Even though they claim to be a Montessori school, it is not full Montessori and not all teachers are accredited Montessori teachers. You are supposed to be able to drop your child off at 8:30. There were several times I had to wait in the classroom until 8:45 or later because there was no teacher or supervision there for the children which in turn made me late for work. There are far better preschools in the city that actually care about the students and are not crooks. I would NOT recommend placing your child in the care of this school and be prepared to get charged a TON of “extras” at the end of the year.

I'm overjoyed with the progress my daughter has made in just three weeks at Pathways Elementary School, especially in junior kindergarten. The dedication and excellence of her teacher have been instrumental in fostering a positive learning environment. Witnessing such significant improvement in this short time reaffirms my confidence in the school's commitment to nurturing young minds. I'm grateful for the outstanding education she's receiving at Pathways Elementary.

My kid has attended to pathways for a year now and it has been the best experience we’ve ever had with any school. The staff is friendly, respectful and very professional. Since my kid joined she has gained a lot of confidence in her self, we have received a lot of support from the staff overcoming some challenges and not to mention the academic part which has been beyond expectations. Definitely my kid will remain there for the time being and my other kid will join Pathways.

Hello, I’m currently in highschool. This is the first school I have ever been to. The field trips, activities, and projects here were great when I was there. The teachers were a bit mean and the students could get immature, but overall it was a good experience

We couldn't be happier with the staff at Pathways Academy. Our son just finished his first year there. He started very young, 18 months old. His teachers Leanna and Tereza have been amazing. Early on, our son was apprehensive about going to school (as any 18 month old would be), but Leanna and Tereza would take their time to ensure he was happy. Those first few drop-offs were really tough for my wife and I, but they made us feel confident that our son would have a good time meeting new friends and learning new things. It wasn't long until our son couldn't wait to get into the classroom, almost like he was the one dropping us off! I really feel that he's actually learning, rather than just being babysat. He comes home with a new word or two every day. He has made actual friends from all different backgrounds that he recognizes when we see them at the mall or a swimming class. Our entire experience with Pathways Academy has been 100% positive, right down to the details. Our son never left the school with a full diaper, and was always fed and happy at pickup. Report cards were thoughtfully and honestly completed, and his teachers we were always available and able to give a quick answer to our questions. Again I'll mention how great Leanna and Tereza have been. They're as great at calming parents as they are with our son. It's easy to tell that they truly care about each student. Our son will start a summer program and will be going full time in the fall. I am so grateful to have a school that we can trust.

Our son went to Pathways for 4 years. The staff was amazing with him and he was well cared for. Academically he is beyond his years. He gained exposeure to and learned about a variety of cultures and ethnic backgrounds which benefitted his social growth. They have a 30 min grace period before and after programming which makes pickup/drop off a bit less stressful for working parents. I would highly recommend Pathways for young children.
