The AMI 3-6 Diploma (AUSM7) that I have just completed has been a life-changing journey, from a professional and a personal perspective. The course covered in depth the Montessori's philosophy and its principles; it taught us the purpose of every single material in a 3-6 classroom and how to use it properly; the environment where we practised was perfectly set up with high quality Montessori materials and the room was made available to us at any time for further practice; during the course we visited several Montessori centres throughout Melbourne which gave us the opportunity to network with the extended Montessori community; all the placements were organised by Amy stress-free, they were pleasant and we were treated with respect and professionality. Amy's knowledge and understanding of Montessori philosophy is second to none. She has extensive experience in the early childhood sector and has a genuine passion for sharing her knowledge with us trainees. She was available at any time during the course, and we all knew that we could count on her at any time, not only from a professional perspective but also from a personal one. Anyone who is considering studying a high quality Montessori course in Australia should go for Sydney Montessori Training Centre without any doubt. The cost involved was an invaluable investment in the future, the learning I have acquired will stay for me forever and will be useful in every aspect of life. If I could go back in time, I would definitely choose to do this course again.

I did the 0-3 Orientation course and highly recommend it for anyone with young children or wanting to work/working with young children or a mum-to-be. Due to covid, the course was run online and I really enjoyed the online live lectures which were very informative as well as the follow up reading material and resources. This course was an incredibly eye opening experience. It was the perfect course for me to get the knowledge I was looking for while also being left wanting to do my diploma.
