My boy arrived Melbourn from China when he was 4 and I put a lot of effort to look for a good long day care center for the little new comer. It turned out that my choice was absolutely right. Firstly the center is a franchise one which guarantees the formal and professional operation which are essential to the kids, e.g., sufficient educator resource, good food, attended administration, etc. Secondly, many lovely and responsible educators taking good care of your child. Thank you Betty for your love and kindness. Thank you Belinda for your leadership. Thank you Queenie, Kristen, Venessa and all the other educators for your love to my son. Although it was just one month journey, I am sure it would be a wonderful memory for him and our family.

Petit Forest Hill is such a great centre with a caring and professional team, from the manager to the educators and the lovely chef. My daughter has loved her time here and has thrived under their guidance and support. The centre has a variety of activities and great engagement with the little ones and parents too. Thank you all for always having such a flexible approach and taking on board what works best for my daughter. Thank you for always having a kind smile on your faces when greeting us morning and night. My daughter will miss you all!

Excellent service through and through. Not only do they provide dynamic, engaging and age appropritate learning program (also for the younger age groups), but also the strong bond and attachment my child has built with the educators across the centre is amazing to witness. Management team is outstanding at coordinating the day to day operations, and are always prompt in their communication with families. The countless events are well thought through ans well organised. Centre is well staffed, well resourced, and provides appetising and nutritious meals. We are at ease sending out child to the centre knowing how happy they are which we can see through the daily updates.

Today my son said goodbye to his friends and the wonderful educators at Petit Forest Hill. Leaving him when he was only 8 months old at the center with his blanket and his dummy on the first day was a very hard thing to do. The educators comfort him with motherly care and looked after him very well. Soon he became friends with all the kids and educators were his favourite. With great daily fun activities, learning programs and term reviews have given us a really good indication of my son’s development and surely the educators knew him very well. When I saw him today saying bye by hugging and thanking to all his educators, I could see how grateful he was and also some kind of a sadness inside when he said to me in the car “I can’t believe I’m finished kinder, I miss them” His journey at Petite for the last 5 years has been wonderful. Words can’t thank enough all the educators who looked after him, cared with love, nurtured him, educated him and support him in various way to be how he is today.
