This two weeks off over Christmas and new year is crazy. It’s been very tough this year and hard on our family. I understand folks want time off around Christmas but no other daycare is doing two weeks. It’s cost us badly this year.

My son has been attending Victory Montessori for over two years and we have had such a wonderful experience here. The teachers he has had over the years have been amazing and he is always happy and excited to go to "school". We love all of the updates throughout the day- with photos and sometimes videos. The teachers go above and beyond and are truly some of the most caring people I have met. We don't live particularly close anymore, but it is worth the drive for us. Our son absolutely loves it here.

We've been part of the VM family for over a year, and it's been such a positive experience for our kids. They absolutely adore their teachers and classrooms, eagerly running to their teachers for hugs each morning! Ms. Darcy, who runs the infant classroom, is a true gem—overflowing with love and warmth. Ms. Mariah is always there to offer a hug or lend a hand to any child who needs it. My 4-year-old has such a special bond with Mrs. Jasmine and Ms. Gabby. They are incredibly welcoming and make her feel comfortable and cared for every day. Their genuine kindness and attention to her needs have made a lasting impression on both of us. The school also offers a variety of enriching activities, including parent-teacher nights, afterschool events, and fun get-togethers—without any extra fees. Plus, they’re always accommodating when we need to drop in or take advantage of the “vacation weeks” they provide each year. What stands out most to us is the authentic kindness at VM. It’s something we haven’t experienced at other schools, and it truly makes a difference in our children’s experience here.

An incident happen with a teacher who is employed here. When the matter was brought to the director and assistant manager’s attention a group meeting was held. Where I was dismissed and not fully heard. The other teacher's side was taken due to personal relationships outside of work, and her length of time at the company. The administrative assistant labeled me a gossiper, a liar, and unprofessional. I am NOT the only one who is complaining about the same teacher, and yet she is still employed. I was let go because, according to the administrative assistant, I was "yelling" at my kids on the school playground and have about four other teachers who could vouch for what happened on the playground, especially since my 18-month-old daughter passed out. I was telling my boys to stay inside the school gate because they were running out into the parking lot. However, when I was trying to clarify the situation, I was interrupted and told that the playground footage was more than enough proof. None of the witnesses or other teachers were spoken with to verify this situation. I truly believe I was WRONGFULLY let go and that it wasn't because of the "incident" that happened on the playground but it was the administrative assistant's way of not having to deal with the other teacher or the main problem at hand. With this being a Montessori school located within a church, you would think the administration would fully hear out their employees and the complaints they receive to help everyone grow and build. However that is not the case, and that’s truly disappointing. You have teachers employed here who put kids in timeout for 30 plus minutes for not leaving their shoes on. You have another teacher who bullies other teachers. It is not run the way it is supposed to be, and I’m truly disappointed and hurt with the outcome of the situation. You have a team of really good teachers mixed in with some bad, and those bad ones are ruining it for everyone else.

Teachers are great. Theresa Fisher (management) and the support staff working for her are TERRIBLE resulting my 5yr old potentially being traumatized. Someone on her team (possibly herself) deflated an inflatable slide/castle...and MY KID WAS INSIDE jumping around. The whole thing colapsed on her! She cried and screamed when it happened and for about 30min after! Only once before has she cried that hard. It's common sense to make sure no one is inside before deflating. Anyone who's around kids and blatently IGNORES BASIC SAFETY should not be around kids. Safety is one of the top tenants of caring for kids. This is the equivalent of a pilot crashing a plane then saying "oops." The pilot should be immediately fired as should the person who deflated the structure. Theresa then said my kid "would HAVE to withdrawl if I reported the incident" to the licensing board... which certainly sounds like a clever way to word a threat to kick my kid out if I make a report. Time will tell if this is the case. Theresa and whomever deflated the structure should not be alowed to work around kids.

Watch your bill! Randomly increased rates for some people with no notice.

We have had a wonderful experience so far with victory. My 18 month old daughter started there 5 months ago. It took her a while to warm up but she’s finally opening up to the staff. I have found the staff to be very friendly! Bailey loves going to her classroom teachers, especially one who she’s always sitting with in her photos. We love that we get photo’s daily of her engaging in activities (even if my kid refuses to smile for a picture). They do fun activities for holidays and send home fun crafts. They sometimes send video’s of the activities too. They do some basic learning activities with the kids which seem age appropriate. They also do story times too. My daughter has food allergies that made me nervous about meal times but I send in my own substitutes (following their menus to match as close as possible) and they do a great job allowing her to have all the fruits and vegetables they offer while I sub out anything dairy or egg. We have never had any issues with foods since she has been there. She also had a rash that needed medication once and they were wonderful about managing that. She’s there 3 days a week and the allow us to swap days occasionally. They don’t charge us for Christmas week when they are closed and allow us to take one week of unpaid vacation each year too! So far we have had all positive experiences! I was nervous about a church since I am not religious and I don’t feel like it has been an issue at all. The only thing i have noticed is that they pray before meals. But its a cute prayer and I’m ok with her being thankful for her food!

Love love love this place. My son always comes home tired from all the physical activities they do here. We had problems at other daycares that wanted him to sit at a center and learn. My son does not want to sit to eat dinner so the centers never worked for him. He now wants to go to school which is a big change. I would highly recommend this daycare.
