Thriving Day Academy

This will be my son's third year attending Thriving Day Academy and we couldn't be happier with our experience at this beautiful Montessori. Not only are the teachers incredibly passionate and dedicated to my child's progress, but their "open communication" culture allows us to understand and provide consistency in our home as well. The class room is an educational playground filled with an impressive variety of learning activities, crafts and life skills exercises that the children have full access to. It is a warm and welcoming facility from the aesthetics to the staff as well! I cannot say enough wonderful things about TDA and would highly recommend it to any family with preschool - young elementary students in their home.

Thriving Day has been such a wonderful experience for my preschooler. The teachers are so hands on and know exactly how to help students through big emotions. This was my kiddo's first time away from me in 2 years(due to all the covid closures at other establishments) and we had to work through many drop offs with tears. Soon my little was so comfortable and confident she'd forget to even say bye to me. Now my youngest just started and that was her first time ever away for me. She has a lot to learn but all the teachers are so encouraging and helpful. I've seen so many improvements in 6 short weeks! The space Miss Stevie has created is absolutely beautiful, bright and clean! They just built a new outdoor play area which the kids love!

My daughter is about to start her second year at Thriving Day and I cannot say enough good things about this school and the teachers. Everything is very intentional, from the way the classroom is setup to how the day is structured and how lessons are taught. They focus on the child as an individual allowing their interests to help guide what and how they're learning. There's also a focus on life skills, emotions, communication, etc that have been really helpful for our child. The school also fosters a great sense of community and support for the kids as they host events and things to celebrate the kids, the work they're doing, etc. I highly recommend Thriving Day, I've never seen a school more dedicated to the learning and well-being of their students.
