Sulphur Springs Christian Preschool

I put my child on the waitlist about 2 years ago when I found out I was pregnant. I have continuously called to check the spot on the waitlist for their classroom since their birth about twice a month for updates. Every time I call, I always get ignored, lied to, hung up on, or brushed off and leave a message that is never returned. For example, I called to check on the waitlist in the winter of 2024 and was told the person handling the waitlist was not there today... my husband shows up in person and in fact the person running the waitlist was there. As a former employee, I only wanted my child to attend this school because I loved the way that it was ran however, I feel comfortable saying that the owner/directors are holding their own personal vendettas against myself and my child therefore refusing my child childcare. As a business that calls themselves "Christian" I am really upset as this is not that way that christians should be running a business. Today, while checking on the waitlist, I was hung up on then brushed off once I called again. I would recommend anyone needing childcare or who is on the waitlist to look into different childcare options. If they are lying about the waitlist, I can't imagine what else they would be lying to parents about.

My son still remembers this daycare. It’s been 3 years since we left sulphur springs. We sure miss them! They are wonderful and treat each child like their own. If I ever move back I’ll be going here.

Due to COVID and being an essential worker I needed a daycare after school closed. I called multiple times to talk to the director about my daughters disabilities and they won't return my call so I went on the day she was to start and told the asstiant director about her and she blew me off and told me that way a child acts at school or home is not the same way they act there. 3 weeks later they kicked my daughter out of daycare due to her behavior which are due to her disabilities and still the directors will not return my call about giving me a refund since she went one day that week and I am just asking for half if it.

Love Mrs. Heather! She is a great teacher and we can see the results at home. She keeps us involved and is always happy to make time for a call or text. So glad to have her as our teacher!
