We love Sprout! We have had 2 kids here and both love their teachers. My oldest was well prepared for kindergarten. Communicating is easy via their app and I love the picture updates we get of them. All the teachers are friendly and make us feel like family. Couldn’t ask for a better place to entrust our kids!

Our youngest has been going here for a couple of months now, and I can truly not say enough good things about this place. We switched from another facility; after a couple of months there, she still was crying hysterically at drop off every day, and every day, I heard at pick up what an awful day it had been. She wanted to stay home every day. Now, she is all smiles every day when we drop her off and always looks happy and calm when we pick her up, and when we ask her, she always says she loves "my Sprout." Sometimes I quietly watch for a few minutes until she sees me, and she just seems so at home and happy. The staff are kind, caring and seem to genuinely love their jobs, and it is so obvious that they're taking time to truly get to know the kids. It is such a huge weight off our shoulders to know that when our daughter can't be with us, she is happy, healthy, comfortable and safe.

Sprout has an amazing teaching staff. They prioritize children and their health and safety.

They have an extremely rude staff. I will never be taking my children to this facility!

If I could rate this daycare a zero I 100% would. I recommend anyone looking into this daycare to be very careful as they are very misleading. They state that “our highly qualified teachers perform assessments and base their lessons plans for each individual child DEVELOPMENT needs.” Unfortunately this is 100% not the case. They lack communication on all levels. This daycare was great when it first opened but has definitely gone down hill in the last year. We were warned about a year ago that our child was being treated poorly and that it was a terrible place to work. This was by and old teacher whom no longer works for the center. This should have been our first clue that there was a problem. Unfortunately we ignored that red flag. During the last year we have witnessed teachers in poor hygiene ( specifically in the infant room more then any other but definitely not the only room) We have also seen teachers being aggressive when handling the infants. The two owners were also OK in the beginning and seemed to know what they were talking about and seemed like actually pretty caring people (also not the case). The lesson we have learned from Sprout is nothing is as it seems that is for sure. Just because a center looks nice on the inside does not mean things are properly run or staffed appropriately. Please do your research on the differences between certified to work in a daycare and also having proper degrees to handle and teach young children. Edit: I would like to add that’s it actually very sad and extremely scary that these owners have to beg their staff to go on google to leave a good review. When up until about a week ago when reviews were left on their terrible performance. It had been a very long time since anybody bothered to give them a good review. Please be aware parents. We as parents need to protect our children from these types of centers.
