Silverline Montessori School - Cypress

Absolutely a horrible experience from past three years. From attempting to putting my child into a classroom to applying for work here this year. I have no words other than UNPROFESSIONALISM! Three directors have been changed. (If not more this year) Each time you go there’s new staff. ThankGod I didn’t put my child at a place where there is no proper foundation.

We have been going to this school for about 8 months now and both our kids really enjoy the program. We don’t like a couple of things about the holiday hours and pick up schedule, but overall, our experience has been a positive one.

Do not send your child to Silver Lining. They smiled and put on a big sale pitch but moved our grandchild to another class . When we questioned them, the assistants director was rude and hung up the phone. This is very unprofessional and will follow up with the corporate office. If they do underhanded back door actions like this, what else are they doing. Makes you wonder.

Unfortunately, after following up with them a couple of times no one contacted me. Every time I called the person said they will contact me. I guess communication here is not great.

I love Silverline!! My niece attends their camps whenever she comes to visit, she loves the teachers and the different activities that they have. I highly recommend Silverline!!
