I would not recommend this place to anyone. I came back in to change my review because they did us so wrong. They mistreated the employees that were awesome. They withheld the pay as well. The last week of school they had no one but corporate scabs in the school. Didn’t know our girls names, schedule, anything. Withdrew them. Informed them we were leaving, but they still billed us in August to the tune of $1700. It took days to get a refund. Not a serious place, and they only seem to care about their bottom line.

We’ve had such a positive experience at Pinnacle thus far. Since the new Director took over , the changes have been remarkable. She’s brought a fresh perspective, structure, parent involvement and new ideas. With the director you will get constant updates, weekly overview and monthly overview of the curriculum. The direct goes above and beyond to sure very student is safe, thriving and genuinely cared for. If I ever brought up a concern or issue the direct has handle also immediately. Since having my child at pinnacle under the New Director my child has become more independent. I would definitely recommend Pinnacle Montessori of Potranco 100%.

I’m thrilled to step into my new role as Director at our Montessori School and couldn’t be more excited about the new journey we’re embarking on together! With the support of new management, we’ve made significant changes to bring in dedicated, passionate staff who truly embrace the Montessori philosophy. Our team is fully committed to creating a consistent, nurturing environment, and we’re working hard to restore and elevate our school to the prestigious standard it once held, ensuring an authentic Montessori experience for your children. Our teachers are not only well-prepared but here for the long term, providing stability and continuity for each child’s growth and development. As we continue to rebuild and grow together, I look forward to connecting with each of you personally. Building a strong, supportive community is incredibly important to me, and I’m grateful to be part of a school that values connection, consistency, and excellence.

We’ve had such a positive experience at Pinnacle. Since the new Director Ms.Serna took over just a couple of months ago, the changes have been remarkable. She’s brought a fresh perspective, and her dedication is evident in every aspect of the school. Communication has greatly improved—now, I always feel informed and connected with my son’s progress. The entire staff is friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring. The teachers go above and beyond to listen to our needs and make sure my son’s milestones are supported. It’s so reassuring to see him thrive in an environment that encourages growth and respects his individual pace. Highly recommend this school for any parent looking for a nurturing and proactive Montessori experience!

I am very impressed with school director Ms.Victoria and teacher of my kid. I highly recommend this Pinnacle Montessori. All of the teachers are so kind to each child, truly encouraging each to their strengths. The school is true to the Montessori practice and is not a blend, as are other schools that I have observed. Both of my children enjoying this school every day and always come home with happy smile.

I’ve been very impressed with Pinnacle since my son started attending a month ago. As a first-time daycare parent, I was concerned about how he would adjust, but the staff, especially Miss Victoria, have been incredibly accommodating to all my requests. My son is showing positive signs of adjustment, which is reassuring. One thing to note is that the tuition doesn’t include a menu, but that’s not a deal breaker for me. The peace of mind from having live cameras to check in on him is invaluable. I also want to commend how professionally the staff handled a recent incident involving an altercation with the director. It speaks volumes about their commitment to safety and care. Overall, I highly recommend Pinnacle for anyone looking for a nurturing environment for their children.

Finally was able to get my child out of this school. I'm not sure what's worse the director and her lies or the teachers lying saying that Ive disrespected them ( even though I have text messages of our conversations. None of those conversations were disrespectful nor were the conversations in person disrespectful. ) when they were the mains ones telling me that they were having issues out of the director very interesting. I've had issues out of this school since my daughter started in the summer. My biggest issue recently was my daughter being injured and no one informing me until I picked her up from school. Then the director tells another director at a different school that she was not notified about the incident which is a lie because I told her about the incident the same day that it happend. when I brought up that my daughter was injured the director disregarded what I said and then says that my daughter is always sleepy when she comes to school and that she does not want to do the Montessori work. First off what does my daughter being sleepy have to do with her injury? which by the way we had to go to the emergency room for. Regardless if the injury was an accident I should've been aware long before I picked her up. Second none of the teachers are Montessori certified.I even heard from some parents that some of those teachers are not CPR certified and this was brought to my attention recently. Third we are not even going to go into the incident from a few weeks ago when the school had a lockdown and the police were called because the director got into an altercation with a parent. The list goes on and on. I should have listened to all of the other parents when they told me not to allow my child to attend this school. Also the director sent out an email telling parents if they can leave a good review about the changes in the school they will get $50 off of their next month's tuition. The fact that the director has to give parents money off of their tuition to leave a good review should tell you all you need to know. Look at the previous reviews and then determine if you should allow your child to attend this place. Im just glad I finally got my child out of this school. Good Luck to any parents who decide to come here

Please, keep your child out of this place. They should be closed down. We have been with the daycare for 1.5 years. It was okay in the beginning, it got great when Ms Drea was hired as a principal. However, two months ago Ms Drea quit because the owner made a big deal of her doing the right thing and fixing the AC. After that it’s been a nightmare. Most of the teachers quit right after Ms Drea. The newly hired teachers didn’t keep discipline in the classrooms. When picking up my daughter I would find her in the gym with much older kids who were rough to each other often times. My daughter’s behavior deteriorated rapidly and she didn’t want to go there in the mornings. The last straw for me was when they couldn’t find my daughter’s lunch, even though I left it in her classroom, and fed her with school snacks instead. Additionally, constant issues with the billing and interim principal never being there. At this time, this daycare is not safe for the little ones.
