Montessori of Plainfield

Absolutely loved our experience there over the last 4 years. Our girls felt comfortable in their environment and enjoyed going to school. They learned so much! Both went into kindergarten enjoying reading and math! My oldest is a few years into public school and still top of her class and reading at a grade level 1.5 years above her. My youngest was so shy coming into the school and afraid of all the "what if"s.. the experience was so positive and they nurtured their "capable of doing all things" that now she sees the "what if"s and does new things bravely and confidently. I got to spend lots of time at the school and it truly is such an amazing environment and community. Thank you guys for helping me give my girls a great start to last them a lifetime.

We just love this school! Our daughter was extremely shy going in to her first year and she is coming out a whole new person. She is confident, loves going to school and talks about her teachers all the time. The teachers are so personable and Mari-Ann makes you feel like it is one big family in there. They truly go above and beyond and we couldn't be more grateful for this amazing school.

We just love Montessori of Plainfield!! There are the best,loving,caring,inspiring,wonderfull teachers! Montessori of Plainfield was the best educational gift we 've ever given to our kids! We are repeatedly recommending this school to others!

There is no where else I would send my children to set them up for such a great start in their learning careers. Their curriculum is unlike anything else for these small but developing minds, my children are so ahead in such a small amount of time, and we're not even done! The staff is extremely caring and attentive to each child, I am never worried about the care my children will receive when I drop them off. They come home EXCITED to tell me all the things they LEARNED that day. I am truly blessed and so grateful for all the things MOP and their staff has done for my family.

I cannot say enough postive things about this school. We are nearing the end of our three year journey with them and my only complaint is that it is coming to an end as we will miss it dearly. The teachers at Montessori of Plainfield are AMAZING. My son started school as a young 3 year old who was very shy and timid, with his thumb in his mouth and brown blankie by his side. By the end of the first week brown blankie stayed home and he was excited to go to school each day. This school helped his personality shine through and he is now Mr. Social and loves making new friends, a drastic change from when we started. He will enter kindergarten reading at a 2nd/3rd grade level and 2nd grade level math. This school has been well worth the investment in the foundation for my son's education. I highly recommend this school!

Montessori of Plainfield is an incredible school with the heart of the child's individualized needs at the core. Miss Mari Ann has shared information with me that changed my perspective and helped me approach how my son was learning in a respectful and honoring way to him, things I would not have thought of. My son absolutely loves her. Miss Mari Ann seems devoted to her students and undoubtedly cares for each of them. My son, and others seem to have that look of feeling special and important when with her. She goes above and beyond with learning material and with the events the school holds throughout the school year, without losing the focus of the event, the child's experience. Montessori is designed to empower children to care for themselves, and Montessori of Plainfield embodies this philosophy. Thank you, Montessori of Plainfield, and especially Miss Mari Ann!
