I have ordered from Norma before and have always really liked her materials. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend her for language materials as her customer service is non existent as her communication in general. I placed an order for over $300 worth of materials and though the payment was taken immediately I never heard from this seller again. She never sent the materials or acknowledged my many phone calls. I also recommended her to a colleague who ordered from her as well and received no communication as well. The transaction had to be disputed through PayPal in order to be resolved. Do not order from her.
