This business was sold last year, new owners bring a traditional institutional feel to the location. The previous owner Anne was always willing to be flexible on drop ins etc and was always in the front door greeting all the parents every day. No more of that with the new owners, prices have also increased since the ownership changed and staff has also changed. New owners seem nice, however, in the past we always dealt with the owner Anne, today it seems harder to reach the owner and almost everything is taken care of by the children caregivers. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the lack of security and the lack of flexibility for current children. We will try and give this place another chance... Will update my review in a few months to let you all know how things are going.
