Miss Michelle and her staff are the absolute best. Our daughter and our son have both attended WPM and it is the best educational experience we could have found for them in those crucial early years. Children are spoken to with respect and constantly challenged in the most positive ways possible. Both of our kids have picked up invaluable social and cognitive skills that have put them ahead of grade-level based on their abilities and interests. We love WPM so much that we actually moved back to Michigan from California during the pandemic, just so our son could attend. If you are committed to Miss Michelle's stellar program and support the work of the teaching staff at home, your children will reap rewards that will last a lifetime. I cannot recommend a school more highly.

This Montessori location currently accepts children as young as 2.5, has preschool, kindergarten, and first grade programs. I started my son at 2.5 and he is thriving here. It is a school environment, but all students often interact in the same space throughout the day. They follow the Montessori method of teaching which focuses on hands-on and self-directed activities in addition to much more. Food allergies are taken very seriously as well as health/nutrition. They provide child care until 5:30 PM if you're unable to pickup in the afternoon and partial day programs are available as well. The directress who runs the school is very passionate about children, their education, and development. She has a ton of experience with children and Montessori methods. The staff that support her are also excellent. I highly recommend it for child care and up through first grade! If you're looking for more information it is best to call and leave a voicemail as opposed to trying to stop by randomly as a previous reviewer tried to do (unfair review!). The doors are locked during the day, like most other schools.

I am not sure if they are still open. I have tried to stop in and look and they were never open.
