I really did like this place when I first started taking my kids here about two months ago. But they sure did put on a good show. They are so Rude, Dismissive, Disrespectful, and so unprofessional. Mrs. Tk was very helpful and understanding. Ms.Iva/Ms. Joslyn were awesome with my Toddler and my Pre schooler. The front staff is horrible Mr. Sabrina was very unprofessional when it came down to me getting access to my children's cameras for their classroom and daily pictures I was told by her with annoyance that she needed my kids fathers information to send him the pictures directly. I specifically told her "No I have it set up that way for a reason." But that was not her place to come at me like that. My pre-schooler always had different teachers every other week. Their personal belongings were always scattered when it was time for me to pick them up. And when it was time to make a payment or to speak to someone in regards to solving an issue there was no one in the front office. Directors and administrators, were never there it was only the front desk and teachers it was just very disorganized they had too much going on. Another thing towards the end of the day they had all the kids bunched up in one class room with one teacher. When you call they NEVER answer the phones. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could give them a zero I would.

So rude, so unprofessional, I had my baby coming home with his legs, arms, neck scratched many times with a busted lip, no one notified me. How come parents can’t get notified for incident report but they call right away when the kid is sick?? How come they got people working without running background check?? A new lady was left with the babies, no one else around but a stranger. Most of the staff act like they don’t want to be there, Kids are no safe there. Worst experience ever

My son went to Little Scholars from 1-3 years old and they were amazing! The teachers really cared for him and he loved having so many friends! I absolutely love that they have cameras in each classroom that the parents can watch and send you pictures throughout the day. We were absolutely devastated when we had to move! We miss the faculty and his old classmates so much!

My two year old daughter came home with nail markings in her arm only after two weeks of attending this daycare. Staff took no responsibility for this and did not even have the decency to explain why this happened to her. I was only told, “I will have a talk with all teachers.” Which is just simply not enough. I DO NOT recommend this daycare at all. NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN.

This is the best school daycare that my son went to, and believe me my son had been to variety of them- CCLC, Bright Horizons, Creme de la Creme Woodlands. The staff here is very nice, are very caring, they always take my feedback and work on improving on it to give best possible care to my child. Small hiccups happen, but nobody is perfect. The fact that they have no screen time further proves how good and hard working these teachers are and how well my son developes his social & friendship skills in preschool, the math & writing lessons and practices they are doing now in preschool. Also, my son doesn’t eat dairy products, so to make sure he is not hungry they allow to bring our own lunch- the flexibility that big chain daycares refuse to accommodate. My son would frequently starve in other daycares. The tadpoles photos and Tv are wonderful bonuses that give us memorable pictures and we are up to date of what my child was doing during the day while we are all at work. Our family is very happy with this school, and it’s much more affordable than many big chain fancy buildings located daycares. We can now discuss what he did at school, learn what he found & learnt and be more involved in his school life day to day. We are all in our family agree this one is the best of all others. Also the staff is here is dedicated and there is no management stakeouts that happened in couple of previous ones, where director resigns and all other key education coordinators change too, here all key management and teachers are in place and caring and you can see they are happy working here. Thanks for all great care to Ms TK( 4 year olds), Ms Katerina( Kiki), Ms Stephanie, Samantha, Ms Donna, Ms Brittney,. We are leaving soon to Kindergarten, but it was really great. Anyway, just wanted to let others know and help when deciding on school/daycare for other searching parents.
