Learn & Play Childrens Academy

Both of my children have attended Learn & Play. We felt like family & my oldest still asks about his teachers often. I've had encounters with all of the facility teachers and have zero concerns that my children are loved, cared for, and safe while attending.

Children aren’t in their age appropriate rooms. A 3 year old was in the same room as a 2 year old for WEEKS. The director is disrespectful and she has a hard time communicating with young parents. She has new staff member every so many months due to her disrespect and communication skills I am assuming because her mom is wonderful with the infants! If your child has any underline health problems such as asthma, autism or anything of that nature, please seek other care. They are understaffed and can’t accommodate your child. It has been noted that this isn’t the first comment of such things, but we will be reporting all situations that have occurred with us as well as mentioning the reviews and recordings Ive gathered from previous parents to NC State Board as well.

Teachers are overworked, children are pulled into incorrect rooms. Employee’s are harassed and treated very poorly. Director is rude, unfair to children and has no respect for others.

Employees are not treated well. Children are consistently put in an unsafe ratio due to understaffing and poor management.

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 12 months old she is now 2 1/2 and she loves it! Her teachers are amazing. All the staff are great. It really is a clean and professional facility.
