Ithaca Montessori School

We feel so lucky to have IMS as our partners for our children's education and growth. The teachers are warm and empathetic. They communicate well and allow us to feel as though we're involved despite not being physically in the classroom with them. They make our kids feel supported, challenged, and confident. My toddler said it best about a teacher: "She makes me feel safe." This is a school that empowers its students and loves them.

IMS is a fantastic school dor all three of my children. As a Montessorian myself, I have pretty stringent standards and IMS has some excellent educators who have helped my oldest thrive for two years now and my twin boys in their infant program are doing wonderfully. Clear communication, fast to respond and a staff that sincerely cares for the children in the program.

IMS has been and continues to be an amazing experience for my son. I would highly recommend the school for any parent who is looking to develop a highly independent child. We love all the support!

All three of my children attended this school and had a fabulous experience. I can't recommend enough.

This is an amazing place for my child with lots of fun activities, caring teachers and a strong curriculum. My 4 year old son is already learning math, geography and painting. Special shout out to Movement Matter staff for the amazing job on exhausting my child :)))
