Guidepost Montessori at Katy

Trust is a hard thing to find, Katy Guidepost has done that and much more for my family. Both of my girls attend this school and we have enjoyed seeing their progress and independence grow over this past year and a half. Thank you to everyone that works there, from the head of school to the teachers in each class. We are happy to have found this school.

Great school with great staff! The HOS and AHOS are wonderful people who really care about the school. The events for families are always so amazing and well planned! Highly recommend this school! Also, love that they have an Elementary program!

My niece and nephew attend this school and WOW!!! We have seen such an improvement on their social and language skills! They are developing so amazingly at this school and the staff are amazing! This school is doing such big things for their community! My husband often comments on how great this school is. We highly recommend it!

Over the past four years I have seen the dedication from not only the administration but also the Guides! The Montessori approach is something that not too many parents are familiar with but with the help of the certified guides, Guidepost Montessori at Katy has set the bar extremely high in what it means to teach authentic Montessori. The school has grown so fast and it has been great to witness from the outside of how determined the staff as remained to continue on the mission. The culture at Katy is not something you find every day. The families are not only friends with each other but also the staff has created a safe place for each other in and outside of the building.

Having spent three enriching years as a guide here, I am truly appreciative of the professional and personal growth I have experienced. This school has provided me with invaluable opportunities to connect with my students, their families, and my colleagues. The supportive and collaborative environment has greatly enhanced my teaching and personal development. I am grateful for the chance to be part of such a dynamic and nurturing community.

Working at Guidepost Montessori at Katy has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. What makes my experience even more special is having my own child enrolled in this school. Watching his daily progress has been a true privilege. Every day, I see how he gains more confidence, exploring his surroundings with curiosity and learning in a natural and authentic way. My 3.5 year son and my 4 month old son love it here! The staff is friendly and caring; they give my little man lots of love and attention. Now, I'm proud to have my 4 month old son Jason in the picco program! Ms. Adela and Mrs. Hanan have been amazing every step of the way! Ms. Archana has taught my older son so many important skills!

I have learned a lot about Montessori Nido. I didn't know a 6 month old infant could sit and eat at the table. The Nido children are so advanced in comparison to public school children. I was a public school educator for many years, and I have to suggest that the ISD schools should be Montessori Guides. The director is full of energy, and she has made me feel so welcomed. The Admin guides are like a family, and they all pitch in to help where needed. The classrooms are fully supplied with curriculum materials so that no child is left behind. I love working and learning at Guidepost Katy!!
