We have been at the Bee Cave location of Guidepost Montessori for going on 3 years. Throughout these 3 years we have watched the school change, learn, and grow. Everyone that we have had the pleasure of getting to know is just deep down good people. Our oldest has grown and learned so much from both an educational perspective but as a person has learned great communication, kindness, community rules and involvement, and so much more. We are at the very beginning of that journey with our youngest but he’s grown so much over these past few months as well. Anyone debating if Guidepost is the right place for their child, it more than likely is. I couldn’t imagine sending our children anywhere else in the Austin area, and that’s saying a lot since we drive 25+ minutes from Dripping Springs every day to bring our kids here.

You've probably read some reviews on other platforms about this location that detailed some concerning issues, and yes - Q2 2022 through Q1 2023 were rough - but things have really turned a corner under the new Head of School, Mike Tersigni. We have two children enrolled, and have seen the progression through Nido, Young Toddler, Toddler, and Children's House. The guides (teachers) have never been an issue - most of the problems last year and earlier this year stemmed from poor leadership, administrative turnover, and staffing struggles that, from what I've heard from other parents in the area, also affected a lot of other schools during that period of time. Both of our children have gone through Ms. Shanise's Toddler class, and I honestly can't say enough about how tremendous she has been for both of them. The amount of genuine care and compassion she's shown our children is what makes Montessori worth it to me, personally. There was never a moment that I didn't feel that she genuinely loved and cared for the children in her class like they were her own. We currently have one in Ms. Angelica's Children's House class, and she too has just been an amazing, amazing influence on our little one. She and her wonderful assistant, Ms. Madelyn, show a level of care and involvement that honestly blows my mind. She encourages and facilitates regular communication, keeps us up-to-date on our child's development, and again - like Ms. Shanise - expresses genuine passion and care for the development of the children in her class. The growth and independence both kiddos display at home is proof positive that the guides are doing something right. Now that there's a solid leadership structure in place - one which has been stable and without turnover or attrition for the better part of the year - the guides can focus on what matters, to everybody's benefit. It was a bumpy road for a bit, but I'm glad we stuck with it. I'm thankful for the stability that Mr. Tersigni and his team have brought the school, and for the love, care, and attention the guides have shown our children. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Guidepost Bee Cave to a friend or family member!

Both of my children have thrived at Guidepost Montessori Bee Cave. The staff are all incredibly caring, kind, responsible, and skilled educators, tailoring education to each child’s individual needs. My kids have grown tremendously under the care of Ms. Angelica, Ms. Madelyn, and Ms. Jessica in the Children’s House classes and Ms. Shanise in Toddler class. My son is now thriving in kindergarten, a lot of which I attribute to the guidance he received at Guidepost Bee Cave. The leadership, Mr. Mike (head of school) and Ms. Nakita (assistant head of school), are always very helpful and responsive. Everyone at this school truly cares about your kids and your family. I am very thankful for this community!

Our children attend Guidepost Montessori and we could not be happier. They are learning so much and, more importantly, are happy and excited to go to school every day. Miss Angelica and Miss Christine have been amazing! Teachers are extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring.

We love Guidepost Montessori at Bee Cave! The school does a wonderful job of engaging both the children and the parents. We see the progress our son is making in Ms. Angelica's class, both educationally and socially. The curriculum is very thoughtfully designed and incorporates a lot of outdoor and nature themes. The staff is communicative and friendly. We adore Ms. Angelica and Ms. Madelyn!!! The school has settled into a great rhythm that allows our family to enjoy the school experience with very little stress and a lot of excitement.

Bee Cave Montessori is a very special place. We have sent our children here for three years and our experience has been absolutely wonderful. Our girls have learned so much from the fantastic teachers. The Montessori learning platform is practical, intentional, and effect. We believe that our girls are well prepared for their coming school years. We love the school and would recommend it for all parents seeking for an amazing school.
