Endeavor Montessori

We absolutely love this school! The teachers are compassionate and create a fantastic experience for everyone. They really care about the children and it shows everyday from regular communication and events. The leadership team ensures everything runs seamlessly and always welcomes us with warmth and friendliness. We highly recommend this school! They made our move to the area seamless and welcoming.

The dishonesty and lack of transparency this school has shown during an investigation regarding a male employee has been truly disgusting and appalling. We were one of the families involved and the school has refused to respond to multiple emails from us and the other families, despite being promised we would be kept up-to-date regarding security camera footage and employee response. We also believe they are sugar-coating, minimizing, and even omitting information completely when communicating with other families regarding what is actually being investigated. There are some amazing employees at this school, but the Regional Director and Head of School needed to take accountability for their actions, inactions, and mis-handling of such serious allegations. Instead, they have chosen to be evasive and dishonest. Given that those are the people in charge, it doesn’t matter how great other staff is if the leaders can’t be trusted.

After 2 years of being a parent with a child in this school, I can say, with confidence, that at a local level with SOME teachers, your child will be in great care and will have a passion for learning. The good: Ms. TaQueria is one of the best educators I have ever come across. You know she has a passion for teaching and has the patience of a saint. We miss her terribly. There are some really great teachers there. I urge Endeavor to actually invest in these teachers and get them all certified. They really risk losing some amazing people who love teaching our littles. The bad: Unfortunately, on a management level, we’ve had 3 different directors now and my child’s 1st summer camp in lower elementary this past summer of 2024 was an absolute dumpster fire. In 2021 there were so many events, parent involvement, and just a sense of community that was carefully fostered since the school opened recently. We loved it! Our tuition was actually being used in meaningful ways beyond quality educators. Since then we’ve been seeing less and less, and our tuition was hiked up again and again. The 23-24 year tuition was raised TWICE! Who raises tuition mid year when parents are unable to transfer their children out or have the time to find another option? What a way to put parents in a difficult position. During summer camp I always see a tv in the room playing a movie. One time my daughter even told me they watched movies all day. She still tells people about it bc it was not normal! How is this a Montessori school?! To bear the name and blatantly insult it. They hired some people who were not qualified for a Montessori school and it shows. What a disappointment to end our time here this way.

We pulled our child from the school and will not return. Another incident at the school was the last straw. Prior to that incident (in which the head of school was not truthful), we had to complain about an employee using TikTok filters on the kids, and our friends pulled their children due to the amount of screen time the kids got…at a MONTESSORI school. There are better, safer options. Check out Marimont, Goddard, or Primrose. Even if you have to drive a bit further for something else, it’s worth the drive (especially for Summer Camp).

It deserves negative stars, but that isn't an option. This school has unfortunately exhibited a concerning pattern of dishonesty and manipulation. Several families, including my own, have reported instances of their children being assaulted by a male teacher. Disturbingly, these allegations were not appropriately addressed, and the head of the school attempted to cover up the incidents. The school chose to protect their brand and image over the children. For the safety and well-being of your children, I strongly advise considering alternative options for childcare.

I would truly caution anyone from sending their kids to Endeavor. As this school lacks accountability, transparency, and safety. My child was assaulted by a male teacher and once it was brought to their attention they did everything they could do to minimize it and not inform the other parents of the school. Not only that but the head of school lied directly to another parent who inquired what was going on at the school. The head of school stated they couldn’t do anything until an affected student had reported an incident to the school. I had already reported it to the school that my daughter was assaulted by this male teacher and happened to be in contact with the other Mom, which is how we knew they lied. They sent out a very misleading email with no specifics to a select group of parents letting them know that a teacher would be let go due to “misjudgment”. However, I don’t consider the touching of a female student inappropriately a misjudgment. Furthermore Endeavor had no intention on bringing this information to the appropriate authorities. It was only after a case was filed by multiple parents that they were cooperative. They would have likely swept this under the carpet. Furthermore, the fact that they allowed male teachers to be alone and without an adult female in the room is beyond irresponsible, this should never be allowed. Please really think twice about sending your child here. There are far better options.

This is a really good school. The teachers are excellent. Our daughter has been with Endeavor for the past eight months, and we are genuinely happy with the school.

The highest quality Montessori program in Pflugerville. In terms of curriculum and the quality of the teachers and staff, you would be hard pressed to find a better infant, toddler, and Pre-K care facility in Austin.

Amazing school and teachers. Our two little ones are always looking forward to going school and sometimes don’t even want to leave! We love the school environment and the staff. Great food is provided to children daily and classrooms are very clean. Indoor and outdoor spaces are also great. We feel that our children have thrived in this amazing school!
