Challenger School - Farmington

My kids have flourish here! My oldest started right after she turned. She had a speech delay, and had never been to daycare. She adapted so well and 3 years later still loves school and learning so much. The teachers are incredible. The love they show my children daily surpasses anything I could’ve hoped for from the amazing people who teach my kids.

I can confidently say that choosing Challenger has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our family. From the moment you step through the doors, you can feel the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The curriculum is nothing short of amazing—it's thoughtfully designed, challenging, and incredibly engaging. It fosters not only academic excellence but also critical thinking, creativity, and a genuine love for learning. My child has flourished academically and personally, developing skills and confidence that will serve them well throughout their life. The staff is truly outstanding. The teachers are passionate, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to ensure that every student feels supported and encouraged. They are approachable, caring, and take the time to understand each child's unique learning style and needs. The teachers are genuinely invested in their students’ success. I also want to highlight the incredible work of the school’s secretary. She is the first point of contact for most parents and is always so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Whether it's answering questions, coordinating events, or assisting with day-to-day needs, she handles everything with grace and efficiency. Her warm demeanor and willingness to help make her a true asset to the school community. Overall, Challenger offers a holistic and nurturing environment that truly stands out. I wholeheartedly recommend this school to any parent seeking a top-tier education for their child in a caring and supportive community. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

The secretary working on 9/3/24 was extremely rude

Our daughter was in Preschool here and we witnessed on multiple occasions 3 year olds being belittled and labeled as "naughty" luckily our daughter wasn't one of these. In February 2024 I witnessed a teacher screaming at multiple students ( she knew I was in the class) and still thought it was appropriate to do so. When I told her we don't yell at students she responded with " well then I don't know how to get them to listen to me!" I contacted Principal and she said they will not provide extra support or behavior training for these teachers but that they would "talk" to the teacher. 38 students in a class with 2 teachers with no education or relevant teacher certifications or licenses. We were told management would reach out to us and it NEVER happened, it's been weeks.

We feel comfortable with my kids going to this school, thank you for helping them.
