I found the people who helped me at Bruins Montessori, very kind, patient helpful and professional. We are a school in Canada. It is difficult for us to get some materials for our school. I had a very detailed fiddly order and could not order online. They took the time to speak to me in detail about my small international order (which I know is a pain for any company). They explained all the extra duty, taxes and costs involved in an international order, which I understood. They remembered me when I called back. It came perfectly as it was ordered.
