Bright Horizons at The Ranch Reserve

There is never anyone at the reception and the parents leave the door open, meaning anyone could enter the facility. Scarily unsafe!!!

Our family has utilized this location for our childcare needs for nearly a decade between our two kids and we absolutely loved it! The management staff is top notch, communication is always on point, and the teachers are the absolute best and most caring around. Not only did our kids look forward to arriving each morning, but the curriculum gave them the confidence to move into kindergarten without hesitation when the time came. Awesome place!

We enrolled our son here after being fully home for a year during the COVID pandemic lockdown. When he started, he wasn't on a schedule or engaging with any learning programs. Bright Horizons did an amazing job getting him on track by providing a creative and fun environment where he felt comfortable making friends and enjoyed learning. They have wonderful teachers and staff that put in a lot of hard work to make lesson plans that cater to the needs of the age group. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality education for their kids!

Our son loves Bright Horizons! He’s been in the infant and toddler room and loves going every day!

We were excited to learn about this location for our newborn but they did not show to my scheduled tour time on line. After responding about the missed tour, numerous enrollment specialists said they would have someone reach out to reschedule and still no response.

My daughter started here in the infants class. We are moving daycares because I had already been on a waitlist for a more affordable daycare that’s offering me a discount since they are brand new. Otherwise, I would have stayed at Bright Horizons because I love this place. It’s clean and the staff is great. Michelle and Erin in the infants class deserve the highest praise and I hope their salaries match their level of performance. They provided the best communication and genuinely care about all the kids in their class. I felt at ease leaving my daughter with them everyday. She got to play with kids, read books, paint, and go on walks! Thank you again!
