A gem in the city of Valencia, Imagine is a welcoming school with a highly dedicated staff!

Waited for more than 2 months to get an e-mail or someone to answer the phone or any kind of response about booking a slot for my kids to get 'observed' to see if fit to attend the school. During the first online meeting, all the options were on the table and I was offered a lot of possibilities for both of my kids, and after that SILENCE. I had personal recommendations for the school so was counting on it, now I am in the position I am moving to Valencia in 3 days and have no school for my kids. All that should have been done is someone taking a minute of their time to answer a simple e-mail (I wrote a dozen emails by the way) or answer a phone with a - 'Hey lady, sorry no space left for your kids, bye.' Very unprofessional approach and I am sad I am disappointed as I was so happy I had thought a school like this actually existed.

El colegio de Valterna es espectacular, pero es lo único bueno que tiene. La prepotencia del director es increíble. Es un colegio creado por unos padres para sus hijos y para que la mayor de uno de ellos tenga clase perjudican a otros niños manteniéndolos siendo los pequeños de la clase más tiempo del que les correspondería. Saqué a mi hija del colegio por la falta de empatía de dirección y de la jefa de estudios de primaria con algunos niños durante el curso 20-21 y porque al idioma a pesar de ser un colegio británico y cobrarlo como tal no le dan la importancia merece. El nivel de inglés de algunos profesores no es aceptable para que los niños aprendan de ellos
