Zonkie Montessori

The best school for my 3 year child by far. The teachers are very attentive, they update parents if there is any incident on the schools grounds amongst the kids. My child is developing academically and more.

Zonkie Montessori is a undiscovered gem in the East of Pretoria. Since the first day, our son has been shown nothing but love and kindness. Their specialised approach to the child as an individual allows every learner to grow and develop at their own unique pace, and we have seen beautiful results since our son started there. The playground is beautiful and the classrooms peaceful and so inviting. The focus is on the learning process and not the outcomes-based rush you see at so many places. The staff at Zonkie Montessori are exceptionally kind and loving. We are particularly happy that the lessons and classes are offered in both English and Afrikaans, as the early years are most conducive to language acquisition. He is growing up in a fun and lively environment and doesn't come home after school being overstimulated. He rarely cries about waking up and going to his beloved 'zonkie school!' in the early mornings, which says a lot for a toddler! His abilities to build puzzles, solve problems, language skills and the length of his focus time exceeds our expectations. I honestly am so grateful that we found Zonkie Montessori. We looked at a lot of places and this one just stood out. Their fees are truly very reasonable when compared to other schools in the area and I wouldn't hesitate to suggest them to anyone. They are so passionate about what they do.

Zonkies is the most amazing school. The kindess, love and caring the teachers show for all the children is wonderful. The staff always have big smiles on their faces and you can feel that this is what they love to do. Our child has thrived at Zonkies and it holds a special place in our hearts.
