Piccolo Montessori School

Piccolo Montessori is a great school at which to enroll your children. They will have so much fun and will develop a great love for learning.

I am so proud of Piccolo Montessori school and truly grateful that both my children can experience the exemplary teaching & community feel of the school. The teachers and principal Mandy are professional, kind and caring. They really care and want the best for your child in all avenues. They believe in empowering children to be independent and I firmly believe that the Montessori education is by far the best way to develop a love for learning. My kids are super happy to go to school every day and I will always be grateful to this wonderful school. We couldnt be more pleased ❤ HIGHLY recommend this school!

I would just like to say a very big thank you to Piccolo Montessori for everything that you have done for our daughter. Ever since she has started with Piccolo she has blossomed. She is so excited to get up to go to school everyday. You are a huge motivation in her life. Everyday she will come home with something new to show or tell us about what she learnt at school that day. Every moment that she spends at school is filled with joy and happiness. I want to say a very big thank you for the time the teachers put in. 🙏 always remember that every moment counts. Children are the future and I thank you for how you are teaching our little girl. I am very disappointment with a recent interaction i had with the Principal(Mandy) on the 5 August 2024 at 13:34pm. it is disheartening to feel that a person's voice alone can lead to assumptions about their ability to afford a school. I was informed straight that the school is full, without prior questions about such as how old is your child/ special needs? Instead I was rudely referred to a cheaper/affordable school according to her. In which i did not even enquire about the fees. On the 6th August 2024, another person called directly the Principal. School does have space suddenly and the parent can apply online. In which I applied online as per the website, but instead received an email from the Principal again I quote her exact words "Hello Loretta, I think it was you that called me today. I suggested Tygerberg school in Bothasig" They are really good. This response is troubling as it contradicts the information given previously and does not address my application or concerns adequately.

This school is EXCEPTIONAL. In a world dominated by overused superlatives please be assured this is a true description. Our daughter has simply thrived in this compassionate, gentle and dedicated environment. It is with real sadness that we now have to take her out to begin "Big School". If it were possible we would have kept her with Mandy and her excellent teachers throughout. Our deepest gratitude to Piccolo for making our daughter so eager to learn, and leaving her with so many happy memories.

What an incredible school! They don’t just look after the children, they TEACH amazing content. My child has grown leaps and bounds since starting there. I am constantly blown away by the care and input the principal and teachers put in to the school. I would not hesitate to recommend this school to anyone looking for quality education, wrapped with love, for their little treasures. Don’t even think about it, just call them! You won’t regret it!

My little guy has been at Piccolo since just a year old and will turn four next year. His grown so much and gained so much confidence. The Teachers are the best and they love and care for all of the children. It really is more than you job and they have the utmost passion for shaping and guiding these little minds.Thankful to be apart of the Piccolo family. Blessed with the best .

We could never have found a better school for our daughter. She has grown in leaps and bounds since attending Piccolo. Mandy & the teachers are more than amazing with the children. Besides all the exceptional education the children are taught, the life lessons and values are not just for today & tomorrow, they are for life. Thank you for giving our daughter the best foundation ever.
