Excellent preschool

This is a wonderful school. My child is so happy there. The teachers are very nurturing towards the children and the environment is huge and safe.

Well deserved Montessori school for learners. My kids were both at this school and they both are now in the mainstream. Our heartfelt thanx to the staff for always sharing valuable information and showing us around the school on the different ways to stimulate our kids. The fact that we could make easy practical DIY activities to assist them at home show you how these teachers value their parents. As we sometimes do not have the money to buy expensive stuff. But making ur own can also give the same outcome of learning. The parent teacher workshops was what I enjoyed as well. Keep on doing what u do best. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of Apple tree Montessori school for the solid foundation in my child eduction. He has learned such alot in a short period of time. In searching for a daycare for my daughter, I visited many daycares and found that Apple Tree Montessori to be warm and nurturing. In the first week after attending the school my daughter came home so inquisitive and her favourite line was "I want to do it myself". The teachers understand and handle my child with such care, allowing her to be herself in a respectful guided manner. The diversity of the school is also much appreciated.

I went on a "tour" of the school. The teacher wasn't wearing a mask. She didn't screen us or take our temperature. She was the only teacher looking after all the kids and left them completely unattended in the outdoor play area to show us her classroom. The resources are old, few and in a terrible condition (worn out). It doesn't look like they invest much, if anything, in their teaching and learning support materials. When she spoke to us she said that they give the kids activities "just to keep them busy" which she repeated continuously. It didn't seem like their was a real academic programme in place or desire for the children to actually learn or master anything. Being an educator myself and raising my child with the Montessori approach at home, I was very disappointed to see how derelict this place looked. I will never send my child there and won't recommend it to anyone else. Negative Quality, Professionalism, Value
