Sancta Maria Montessori (Sherborne St) has been an integral part of our daughter's life. She felt a strong sense of belonging, which allowed her to grow and be who she is at the same time. The teachers at Sancta Maria Montessori work hard to build a special relationship with every child and make an effort to really build that sense of a strong community for the families who come there; you will feel welcomed and comfortable to talk to them. They are 'traditional' Montessori, with a calm, clean, and safe learning environment which we fell in love with. We could not recommend them more. It’s pretty hard to put into words how grateful and how we truly appreciate everything that this school has done for the growth and journey of our son in his early years. Seeing our son now thrive at his primary school is a clear validation on how Sancta Maria has been able to develop and get him fully ready as he progressed to the next stage of his life which is primary school; seeing him thriving not only academically but also in his personality is what gives us peace of mind that he will be ok. Seeing him be socially open to his new classmates and schoolmates gives us that sense that he can take care of himself, him being able to easily adapt in a new environment with the values and mannerisms instilled by Sancta Maria really allowed our son to unlock his capabilities, this is a testament to how Sancta Maria have had the blueprint to let their students unlock their true potentials. Our son’s journey was not easy at all, there were times he was really struggling to express himself. The patience shown to our son by Asneeta, all the other teachers is a true testament that they consider us as family instead of just parents of their student, the reassurance they gave us during the hard times was all we needed, the support and brainstorming from all teachers to find the best possible way for us to help our son was comforting to say the least, the dedication they have shown in making sure to unlock our son’s interests, made his journey easier as he was getting ready to take the next step But what we feel the most important lesson that, Sancta Maria, was able to engrave in our son and even ourselves are the core values instilled in his personality, the sense of belonging, the respect and the strong relationship developed and nurturing behaviours towards others, this is what being a Sancta Maria alumni is about, now he is able to really express his feelings and use his words better, this was a product of the consistent encouragement done by the teachers to help him not be frustrated easily, this has really helped him to easily adapt in his new environment with new people around him, most importantly the way our son nurtures his relationships now and how he nurtures his interactions with his new classmates, teachers and schoolmates is the byproduct of what is truly taught in Sancta Maria which is empathy towards others and towards yourself. With all this said, we highly recommend to start your kids here in Sancta Maria, we assure you, your kids will be truly prepared, will be able to show their interests and potentials and you as parents will grow as your kids grow the Sancta way.
