Please note that I only gave them a one-star rating to be able to write a comment, but I don't think they deserve even one star. I enrolled my 3-year-old daughter in this nursery with the hope of providing her with a supportive environment to help her adjust to being away from me and to learn to feel comfortable around new people. From the very first day, I made it clear to the staff that my daughter is sensitive and needs a gentle adjustment period, which is completely normal for children her age. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing but disappointing. Instead of working with me to create a transition plan for my daughter, the staff’s response has been dismissive and unprofessional. After only a few short sessions — an hour here, half an hour there — I was told my daughter was “not ready” for nursery and was asked not to bring her back. This is a nursery, isn’t it? Isn’t working with children who might be nervous or scared part of the job? My daughter was given no real chance to settle in, and the staff put forth zero effort to address her fears or help her adjust. Instead, they quickly labeled her as “not ready,” washing their hands of any responsibility to do what should be their job — caring for and nurturing young children. I expected trained staff who understand that some children need time to get used to new environments, especially a 3-year-old child. Frankly, this nursery failed not only my daughter but also me, as a parent who trusted them to provide a safe and supportive space. I would strongly advise other parents to think twice before enrolling their child here, as this nursery has shown no commitment to actually helping children through those difficult but very normal first days. They have utterly failed at the most basic part of their role — supporting young children in feeling safe and welcome.

I could not be happier with Kidditech. All the kaiako are attentive and genuinely care about Léonie's development. The environment is so nurturing that it feels like a second home for Léonie. Lots of new activities are offered on a daily basis and I can see the progress Léonie has made at Kidditech on so many levels. The facility is clean, bright and well-organised which makes it a happy place. And I also appreciate how the kaiako has assisted with her potty training and now with skipping the daytime nap. Thanks Kidditech team and ka pai!

2 of my children have attended Kidditech and I cannot fault the care and attention that the centre have shown. The teachers are wonderful, the resources particularly the outdoor play and construction are brilliant. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Kidditech to any parents looking for a preschool in the area. Their small, caring, skilled team are absolutely fantastic - more of an extension of our family than teachers. Our children love the time spent at Kidditech, and have made tight friendships that have carried on to school in the case of our eldest. The Kidditech team are supportive and responsive to any issues that may be going on in our kids' lives and proactively work with us to ensure consistency between preschool and home. We trust them all completely and value their insights and advice. I honestly cannot speak more highly of Kidditech and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in a heartbeat.

My son started at Kidditech when he was 2 purely because it was just down the road from where we lived. I could not have wished for a better preschool for him to go to. He is now 4 and absolutely loves the teachers and has made some great friends. Kidditech creates a great learning environment for kids. My son has become a very caring, inquisitive and expressive wee boy since he started at Kidditech. He always looks forward to going.
