CompaNanny 7e Montessori BSO

Mijn dochter gaat hier al een aantal jaren naar toe en heeft het hier altijd erg leuk. Het personeel is erg positief. Ze bedenken vaak leuke activiteiten voor de kleintjes.

Re: the Voorschool programme - I had never seen a room of bored, cowed toddlers before coming to this place. What should have been a large red flag I put down to teachers having a bad day, or should I say a carousel of teachers as you are never sure who is going to be in the class room. Being a teacher is hard, but the lack of warmth, enthusiasm for the children, and any spark of creativity was marked. As someone who works in education I was deeply shocked by my experience here and, speaking to other parents, it seems I am not alone.

My son loved going to this preschool and we are currently very happy with the BSO as well. The preschool is in line with the basisschool, the same themas are worked on and there is active participation of some of its teachers also in the onderbouw groups. The materials are great and the atmosphere cozy and relaxed. They have a great gym and nice outdoor space. During the school holidays the BSO organises nice events like yoga class, crafts, going to the cinema, going to sports clubs, cooking together etc.

Ik wil niet te negatief doen want een aantal leidsters doen echt hun best. Ondanks dat valt deze voorschool erg tegen: geen leuk/leerzaam speelgoed, kale en oninspirerende ruimte, weinig kringgesprekken en activiteiten, geen leuke boekjes, te veel verschillende leidsters, een aantal leidsters die ongemotiveerd zijn. Onze jongste zoon vond het er echt niet leuk en ging protesteren, terwijl hij niet gauw moeilijk doet. We hebben nu een andere voorschool gevonden waar hij het gelijk naar zijn zin heeft. Deze Compananny is dus niet een Montessorischool. Het is een groot verschil met de 7e Montessorischool (basisschool, niet de voorschool) waar ons oudste kind heen gaat en waar we heel tevreden over zijn.
