The Cottage Montessori School

The Cottage Montessori is a wonderful school, which I can't recommend highly enough. Karen is an incredibly kind and patient teacher, and my daughter (now three years old) has really blossomed under her care and guidance. The school itself is in a bright and airy open-plan room, with windows looking out to a fantastic garden with enormous space for the children to play in, (with easy parking which is helpful if you can't reach her by foot.) The emphasis on independent play and the respectful way each child is allowed to learn at their own pace has helped to foster a beautiful sense of confidence in my daughter who has never been happier since she began attending Karen's Montessori. I'd thoroughly recommend the Cottage to any parent.

The Cottage is so much more than just a montessori, it is a home away from home, the perfect place to nurture little minds. All three of my children loved every minute here and thrived, making the transition the primary effortless. Karen is so professional yet has a wonderful rapport and bond with the children. I cannot fault the Cottage and would recommend this montessori in a heartbeat!

We are incredibly grateful to this wonderful Montessori School for making our transition to Ireland so smooth and welcoming. When our little one started, we had just moved from Spain, and although he didn’t speak any English, we immediately felt reassured that he was in great hands. The staff was exceptionally caring, making sure he felt comfortable and included from day one. Even though we enrolled him just a few months before the school year ended, the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. It also served as an excellent transition for him before starting at the big school, and we couldn’t be happier with how well it prepared him. Excellent Montessori!! I would highly recommend this school, the teachers are fantastic and have a real care for their students and a passion for their work!! The children have such a great experience!!
