Once Upon a Time Nursery & Montessori School - Citywest

My 2 years old attended this Creche for less than 6 weeks and within that period, his development declined! He was neglected, the carers have no clue on how to care for the children. They do not follow the ratio rule, my son was always scared going in, would always cry. Majority of the times when I’m doing drop off or pick up- the children in there were never happy, my son was traumatised! I and 2 other parents had similar complaints and withdrew our children the same week! It is a terrible Creche and as a parent I would really investigate before putting my child in this center. The ‘positive’ reviews on this are from their staff members- that says a lot.
