Little Harvard Childcare - Rathfarnham

I am very sad today as my son has to leave the little harvard in Taylor's Hill as he has been so happy there for the las 3 years. The staff are the best and we really thank them for all they did during that time. We really miss them!

Filled out an application after I heard good things from someone. During the application you have to complete and return a direct debit mandate which seems strange given they haven't confirmed your child has a place or what fee they will debit from you. After about a month I had received no acknowledgement of my application although on submission it states you will receive a phone call in the coming days. I rang head office and spoke to a gentleman called Boris who was extremely rude when I asked could I follow up on my application. He told me to call the branch I had applied for. I called the branch but the manager wasn't there at the time. My details had been taken and I was told I would receive a phone call that afternoon. No phone call. I left 3 more messages over the following weeks with no response. On my last attempt the manger answered and was quite short with me explaining her laptop is broken and is being fixed as we speak. That doesn't explain why so much time has passed without reaching out to me. She said she'd call me back but here we are about 3 months since I filled out a form, gave them a blank cheque in the form of a direct debit mandate and I've not had one conversation to say my daughter has a place or not. Really poor experience.
