Absolutely terrible management. Registered my child when I was 10 weeks pregnant, was assured I would have a place and when I went to check what was happening a year later, they had “forgotten” to add them to the waitlist. When I questioned this, they then said in order to be considered I would need to send my other child to them (presumably in an attempt to make more money). They never answer the phone, rarely answer emails. Shoddy and shocking. If their management is so unprofessional and disorganised, assuming the quality of their childcare is just as bad. Avoid.

Fantastic staff, take great care of the kids.
