Very friendly initially but found the owner became very picky and unpleasant after a while. Moaning about child making a little mess whilst eating their lunch. Rude notes in red pen left in lunchbox. The child was 2. I've since heard other negative experiences from other parents. My daughter has now left and my son has attended Crescent Hill which I highly recommend. Really genuinely lovely ladies there.
