Higgys House Creche & Montessori

I unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with this place. I spoke to a staff member on the phone regarding childcare requirements for my two year old and was assured there was a place available. On arrival, my daughter was encouraged to play with toys and asked if she like the place. We were then shown around only to be told half way through that they didn't currently have an available place. I had been crystal clear on the phone that the place was needed as soon as possible considering there is a settling in period which is very important for the child. After pointing out that it was a waste of time for all concerned I was then asked did I want to look around anyway with September in mind! I left with a very upset and confused child which was an awful first experience for us both.

Had both my children in Higgy's for their preschool year. The staff where great and the kids enjoyed everyday they were there.
