Staff is great, they get 5 stars. They are really invested in the kids. The facilities gets 3. Not that they are bad, but the playground is a little small and the Georgian house with stairs isn't ideal for a buggy. It hard when the building wasn't designed for it, but the space seems to be used as good as possible. So a 5 and a 3 must make a 4.

Staff doesn’t really care about children, we took ours after 1 week

From the location to the staff. Each member of staff cares so much about each child. They offer the kids so much from learning to fun. Food, sleep, routines they go with what you want and have no issues! They're even there to offer assistance with establishing routines. Our little girl started at 6m and loved it from the get go, the staff are always smiling!!

Amazing care from dedicated and skilled professionals who genuinely look after each child's welfare, learning and development excellently. Very clean and well organised with strong focus on curriculum and staff who really care. Would absolutely recommend.
