Had both of my kids there and they both loved it. The teachers were very good and activities were nicely arranged. Can’t recommend more.

Wimbledon Village Montessori School is a fantastic nursery school that provides a nurturing environment for children to play, learn and grow. The carefully crafted curriculum is filled with engaging activities, preparing the little ones for school. The dedicated, kind and caring staff, ensure children are happy and enjoy going to the nursery every morning. Thank you for making their time truly magical.

Our third child attends this nursery - our absolute favourite from academic as well as from human point of view. Teachers are kind, caring, professional, knowledgeable and full of love towards the children. Activities are plenty and of great variety, preparation for next school is consistent and very successful. Childrens natural curiousity is used to teach them deep knowledge for their age, which they end up enjoying and finding really exciting. Great nurturing place for the little ones. Big thanks and respect to Miss Naseem, Miss Aga, Miss Premlata and the entire team. Kids love to go here and receive longlasting cherished memories from this nursery.

One of, if not the, best nursery in Wimbledon area. The staff are caring, professional, and full of love. Dear child absolutely thrived with their care in the past two years. Going to the nursery is definitely their favourite. The nursery helped preparing them for school through creative and educational activities. They are able to write their names and count past 20 by the age of three+. They also learnt the months of the year, the days of the week, the time, etc. There is always a curriculum, even from the start when they were only two. The curriculum specifies a topic for each month, which taught them concepts like traffic, animals, body parts or even as sophisticated as universe. These will all help with transition from nursery to reception. If these do not sound impressive enough, bear in mind that they started going to the nursery at the age of two, speaking little English and was not able to care for themselves. Dear child learnt to be independent and help caring for the younger ones. They started with how to put on jackets, brush teeth, eat by themselves, and then progressed to do simple cleaning, cutting, etc. The skills are really practical but also important to help them develop their fine motor skills. There are also PE/sports, music, yoga, French sessions provided every week, in addition to reading, math, arts, practical life skills tables etc that are offered daily, allowing children plenty of learning opportunities and exposing them to different fun experiences. My personal favourite is a”show and tell” activity that every child participates on Friday. Children bring a piece of toy to the nursery and get the chance to show it in front of the group. I’m really glad that dear child get the “presentation” experience from such a young age, which helps them to be confident and enjoy public speaking. There are also two concerts/show prepared each year, allowing children to show their talent and for all families to have fun together. Most importantly though, is that my child is really happy there. They’ve made friends, and I’ve made friends with parents too! I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful and happy environment for my baby, and for that I’ll always owe the team a big thank you.
