Walthamstow Village Montessori Day Nursery

The waiting list is clearly due to the kids enjoying themselves and lots of satisfied parents. A great setting and our child had 2 great years with the team.

Huge congratulations for fantastic experience with the whole of the team.With all due respect I recommend it to everyone to touch the magic of their creations, even with the start of the key person we were notified of every stage of our difficult development, but they did an amazing job, I won't go into details (the lot of help they did for us )but it is an honour for us to be part of the they create!

My child is moving onto primary school this September and I'll be sad to say "goodbye" to everyone at Walthamstow Village Montessori Day Nursery - It'll be the end of a very happy chapter in my child's life, but the start of an exciting one too. From the baby room right through to pre-school, the experience has been brilliant - The staff are helpful and accommodating, thoughtful and kind, and I never had any doubt that my child was in the best hands whilst I was at work. I'd thoroughly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for early years childcare in E17.

Our 4yo son is about to move onto big school in autumn and we had him at the Walthamstow Village Montessori Day Nursery since 2020. We felt supported and listened to by staff and management throughout this period and felt that it was the right setting for us. It was reassuring to go to work and know that our son was in a safe and caring environment. We have always been up to date with his progress via their app and met his key-worker as and when needed to agree on next steps. They helped us with seamless transition during potty training and were really great in making sure our son develops his independence and social skills. We feel he is now ready to progress to the next stage and also pleased that he has been improving his literacy and numeracy with the help and dedication of his pre-school teachers.

Such a lovely staff, my son was in baby room for almost a year and absolutely loved it, had to leave the country and I was devastated to take him out of WVMDN, it was like leaving him with family - thank you to all the staff for being so wonderful to my son

Both our daughters have gone to this wonderful nursery. It had a slightly dodgy period back around 6 years ago (hence those negative reviews further down) but under Dominika it has gone from strength to strength ever since. Dominika and Dara are on it, organized, sooo lovely and friendly and care about the kids so much. Great energy there, with perfect fun and educational balance. Kids are encouraged to help set up for dining and then tidy away. Lovely morning arrival routine. Great loving staff - Andrea, Kirsty, Spencer to name a few more from preschool - we're so grateful to them all. Plenty of varied options and areas for the kids to play and learn. Sets a really good foundation in the pre-school room ahead of joining primary school. Highly recommend.

Both my children went to WVMDN and really thrived. The staff are very caring and approachable, and the children clearly have a lot of fun and are supported in their development.
