The Children's House Nursery

Lovely nursery, looks after our 2-year-old brilliantly, friendly, professional and very supportive team. Sophie (our daughter) gives them top marks!

This nursery managed to break my 2 year old daughters arm, by putting her unattended at the top of an indoor slide with no protective mats around, and then leaving her unsupervised to fall off and smash into the concrete floor. Which is pretty much unforgivable for a nursery where the only thing they absolutely need to do is ensure the physical safety of your child. My little girl obviously had her arm in plaster for 6 weeks, meaning she couldn’t attend nursery, and the headmistress pointed us to the contract doc stating we had continue to pay the school fees despite their obvious fault for the period my daughter was unable to attend AS THEY HAD BROKEN HER ARM. She even said at one point it was my daughter’s fault and responsibility!! This is not an accountable or ethical organisation, it’s a cash business, they want your money and they will not take care of your children properly.

Our son has been at The Children's House Nursery for the last 4 months - going 3 days a week. He's loving it - the team are incredible, the sessions fun and creative - and he always comes out with a huge smile on his face! Thank you so much for being so caring!
