My daughter is the only Japanese student at this RMS, and when she first started, she didn’t understand any English. However, with the support of the kind and generous teachers, she is excited to go there every day. Now, she understands what the teachers say in English and has even started speaking some words and phrases. She always happily talks about her friends and teachers, which makes me happier than anything. RMS provides the best possible environment for both children and parents, with a well-rounded curriculum, toys that stimulate children’s curiosity, a teaching approach that enhances concentration, and a warm, caring atmosphere created by the loving teachers. It’s a place where I feel confident that my child is thriving, surrounded by support and care.

My son has thrived at Rainbow Montessori. It is such a nourishing, welcoming, gorgeous school. He has learnt to play beautifully with other children, he gets SO excited about painting every day, all the games and activities he plays with his friends. I would highly recommend this nursery, where all the teachers are kind, and supportive and have set my son up for the best start.

Couldn’t recommend this nursery more. It was the most incredible place for my daughter to start her education. She enjoyed it so much and learned a huge amount. It prepared her really well for reception at a different school. Amazing teachers, we would have stayed on if they offered later learning.

Our experience at this nursery setting has been nothing short of wonderful, and I am delighted that we chose it for our child. Truly enriching, and we appreciate the way in which they approach each child's learning journey with care and dedication. The set-up of the school is not only aesthetically pleasing but also conducive to a stimulating learning environment, with Montessori activities that are thoughtfully crafted to engage and inspire young minds.

My son will soon be leaving Rainbow Queen’s Park and my only complaint is that he can’t stay forever. He has had the most wonderful time, he speaks so highly of his teachers and looks forward to going back in every Monday. The settling in process was particularly important to me. He was taken in with such care and kindness and comforted through the tears ( his and mine) It is such a nurturing place and our family are truly sad that his journey is coming to an end.

My son has enjoyed Rainbow Montessori in Queen’s Park for almost three years. We are very pleased on how his teachers approach the Montessori method with kids across different age groups. He has developed so much since he started and it was a pleasure to see him walking in with a big happy smile since the first week. The educators are all enthusiastic and they really care about the happiness and development of each child. They managed overtime to establish a meaningful connection with my child and gain his trust. As a parent I have always felt that my son was in the best nursery of the area and receiving reports and updates from the school was useful to understand better the activities he was involved into - especially when he was younger and not very interested in sharing with me what he was doing at school. The building of the nursery is very convenient to reach and the access to the garden is perfect as there is a free flow between the main nursery class and the outdoor space. Highly recommend this nursery to any local family in Queen’s Park

I write this review having had multiple children at RMS. We visited several nurseries in the area and we choose RMS because it was right for us and after several years this remains true. RMS begins caring for children from two years old, offers half days to begin with and a full day is 9 to 3. It offers a calm, spacious area with good lighting. These are aspects that suited our needs. Ms Maggie has been the spirit behind both RMS settings in QP and West Hampstead for decades - fundamentally she understands children, their early years development and teaches her classroom teachers a consistent principled approach. Like most nurseries over the years, there will be turnover of staff but it is to RMS credit that the ethos of RMS and its execution of the montessori method has remained consistent. RMS provides parents the security that their child will be in safe hands and loved. Their staff are empathetic and have always been approachable to listen to views and queries from parents. The years between 2 and 4 are immensely important, children learn how to interact, speak and how to conduct themselves. RMS' contribution during this period is significant. The key workers attend to the child's specific needs and area of development. I am especially happy with how well children settle in at RMS and how understanding staff are with respect to parents wishes. I unreservedly recommend RMS if the following is important to you: 1) security and well being of your child 2) learning about healthy foods, the natural world and much more 3) exposure to cooking and preparing food 4) exploratory outings to the park and library 5) supporting academic development (phonics and maths) for children who are developed beyond the average 6) caring key workers, especially those assigned to children who are settling in 7) keeping parents updated through an app with photos and videos

Our three year old son has been in this nursery for two years. He loves it, and so do we. I'm always impressed by how calm the children are, and find the staff really dedicated to the kids wellbeing and development.
