Terrible experience. Made an enquiry about joining the nursery and was booked for a tour. Took the afternoon off work especially and confirmed the appointment with the nursery the day before. Someone from nursery reception phoned me on the morning of the appointment to cancel as the person who does the tours had to go home early due to illness. Inconvenient for me but these things happen. In what can only be described as a balls up, the person who does the tours then phones, unaware that the appointment had already been cancelled, to say they have to cancel as they are too busy to do the tour on the agreed day. Leaving your child in a nursery requires a lot of trust, and in lying about illness just to rearrange/cancel an appointment, the nursery are quite clearly not to be trusted.

My daughter had a wonderful experience at Newpark (Wandsworth town). The way the teachers cared, cuddled and supported her was beyond everything I was hoping for. The communication between the nursery and home was very good, the food really delicious (always encouraging the kiddos to try new things). The nursery has a garden where the kids can attend to gardening lessons, harvest what they planted and even making delicious meals out of it. My daughter needs were always well accommodated (introvert child) and she soared high full of confident and became more of what she already was because the teachers supported her. I am FOREVER grateful Miss Bruna, miss Mari, Miss Ri, miss Raquel, miss Therese. Thank you Newpark.

My two girls attended this nursery from the age of 1 until they started at primary school. They were both extremely well cared for and had the most wonderful time and they were both prepared so beautifully for the step up to primary school. They have made some great friends while attending the nursery who we are still in regular contact with. The staff at the school are brilliant. I can't find any fault with Newpark and only have good things to say about them. Thank you for everything you did for our girls. :)

My son went to this nursery from 2016- 2019 and was very much loved and he thoroughly enjoyed being there. I think there is a huge waiting list but I just love that the staff still recognise him and stop to say hello when we pass by. It’s a nice nursery and one I would recommend however I wouldn’t know how it is anymore but my experience has been positive

Our first child went to the nursery for two years between 2016-2017 and was immensely happy, all staff was very kind and thoughtful, and they really applied the Montessori principles which we appreciated highly. In 2017, when our second child was born, we applied for a new place on the waiting list. Unfortunately, it's been more than 3 years now and we never heard back, however we did not remove ourselves from the waiting list. The new manager of the nursery did not share any empathy with us , refusing to tell us anything about where we stood on the waiting list and the entire process was simply awful, and very different from what we were used with the previous manager, Ursula, when we signed up first. In the end, we have stopped being interested in the nursery as we assumed that with new management things have definitely changed and it would not have been an appropriate place for our child to grow. Our rating would have definitely been higher if we did not have this poor application experience which we have not find at any of the other nurseries we spoke to after. Things may have changed in the meantime and anyone who is considering it should carefully assess the empathy of the nursery manager. From our experience with 2 children and another one on the way, we have found this is extremely important.

Extremely unhelpful admissions lady and the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. In response to your reply. It was my wife that had made the enquiry, and you don't have details probably because you never took them down.

Excellent nursery. Both of our kids attend full time and they love it.
