Little Tots Montessori Nursery Reading

I scheduled a nursery tour with Holly at 4:00 pm today 01.11, and it was confirmed over the phone. When I arrived 10 minutes early, I was told by deputy menager that Holly is new and they're waiting for me to sign in a child. Over the phone they never said about waiting list and there is a space in January. Another lies saying that apparently they have sent an email about cancelation, but they never had my email. I'm really frustrated about the whole thing because they waste our time. Customer service does not exist at all.

Home away from home. My two boys love going there Ladies are amazing warm and put extra effort into individual needs of every child. Can’t recommend highly enough

So far a brilliant nursery. Daughter loves it and is having lots of fun. Staff caring. Also numbers of staff seem good for number of kids compared to other nurseries.

My daughter was there for only 3 months, unpleassant experience for both of us, some of the staff wasn t nice at all!
