Les Petites Etoiles Bilingual Montessori - West Hampstead

I have my 2 little ones here - age 2 & 4. It’s a brilliant nursery. Teachers are all so kind and really watch and know all the kids.

Love this nursery! Our little one was there for 2 years (right when it opened) and went through all 3 classrooms. The staff and the facilities are first class. It was rated Outstanding by Ofsted in their first inspection over the summer and it is so well deserved. The environment is caring and nurturing, the staff deeply care for the children and their development. Food is delicious too. Big plus for us was the multilingual environment in French, English and Mandarin.

Une super structure avec un personnel dévoué et attentionné. Nos deux enfants ont passé une merveilleuse année 2022-2023, arrivés de France sans connaître un mot d’anglais ils ont été tout de suite séduits par l’environnement de l’école, leur intégration fut fluide, et au bout de quelques mois ils parlaient très bien anglais. Toute l’équipe est très professionnelle et bienveillante, et le ratio adulte/enfant est juste incroyable que tout enfant s’y sent spécial chez LPE. Les enfants apprennent beaucoup d’autonomie avec la pédagogie Montessori, ils apprennent trois langues et font beaucoup d’activités variées : art and craft, cuisine, yoga, marionnettes, tambours africains, musique…C’est une super école pour donner des bases solides aux petits enfants.

Our child joined LPE for the last year of pre-school having moved from a different nursery and she immediately felt welcome and included. The level of attention given to children is unmatched and the teachers are all caring and attentive. Children are taught to be independent, which was extremely helpful moving to reception. The classroom is always calm but stimulating and the garden, while small, is full of engaging and fun activities. In addition to it being bilingual, there was a full-time Mandarin teacher present at all times. We were surprised by how quickly our child learned not one but two new languages. We had a great experience over the year we were at LPE and would highly recommend it

Our son attended LPE in 2022-2023 and we were very sad to say goodbye. He developed a good understanding of French and learnt some Mandarin, setting the foundations for an interest in languages. It was a very nurturing environment that was clean and provided daily onsite cooked meals. The extra afternoon activities such as african drum sessions were an exciting part of the children's week.

Our daughter was at LPE from 2022-2023 and she had a wonderful experience. The teachers were incredibly caring, thoughtful and dedicated. Our daughter developed very positively (and she now has a fluent understanding of French) and we were very sad to move her to her brother’s school. The pastoral care and parent liaison were excellent. The physical and intellectual support were also first rate. I would strongly recommend LPE.

We started with them when our second daughter turned 18 months. Although they're a new branch, they very quickly made their best to create a warm environment for little ones. We were very happy with our experience with them. They are very professional, loving and caring.

A lovely nursery with warm and attentive staff. The facility is great and has brand new equipment and there is outdoor space too. Happy children and genuine teachers and child minders who have the children’s best interest at heart.

Amazing nursery with passionate and empathetic staff who really cares about our children and find exciting ways to encourage them to grow.
