Jas’s Montessori Childcare

Jas looked after our 2 yr old son for a while. I can not recommend Jas enough, she is absolutely amazing and such an amazing childminder. She is very reliable and provided advise that was always best for our son. She kept communication open at all times and provided daily updates. Highly recommend her!

Jas looked after our daughter brilliantly from when she was a baby until she went to nursery. She showed her so much love and care, as did the whole family, as well as providing a stimulating environment, with lots of opportunities for her to develop socially, emotionally and learn new things. Jas was also extremely reliable, and we always felt very confident leaving our child with her. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jas to anyone looking for a warm, well structured, childcare setting; we were all sad to say goodbye when our daughter’s final day came!

I'm delighted that I discovered a Childminder with such immense passion and experience. My little one is a 'Covid baby,' and it took a considerable amount of time for her to settle. However, thanks to Jas, my daughter now eagerly anticipates her time there and thoroughly enjoys herself. I greatly value Jas's ability to incorporate various games that help children feel secure and at ease. Following our vacation, my daughter was insistent on having a mini disco, and now, under the care of our Childminder, they regularly have this mini disco. Jas intuitively understood that this would create a sense of familiarity, so she included it in their routine. It's with a heavy heart that I express my sadness about moving out and having to say goodbye to Jas.

I picked Jas montesorri childcare for my daughter who was turning 1 at the time. Up until the point I met Jas I was nervous about childcare. Once I met Jas she took all of my worries away. My daughter was going to get at home care away from home. The house was exceptionally clean, the menu was healthy like at home and respected food preferences. She provided me with daily updates via pictures and a thorough handover at the end of the day. The children get to enjoy field trips and her advice to me as a first time mum will always be cherished. We loved it and would definitely recommend x

Being a mum and having to return to work full time after maternity is very difficult, as you need to make sure you find the right childcare option and leave your baby in good hands. I was blessed to find Jas, back in April 2015 and have my son in her care. Everything was so smooth, with a very easy settling period…actually on his first full day, my son hasn't even cried when I left him in Jas’s hands. He has developed so lovely while in her care, until August 2017 and the skills he has acquired during that period, were simply amazing. Jas would always keep me updated with his learning, by sending me photos regularly, completing a full file with all his interests and activities they were completing, so I was simply more than reassured and peaceful that my baby was in good hands. Jas was also the one helping Matias to get rid of his nappy and overall she is so amazing, supportive and caring with all the children in her care. What can you wish more as a parent, than leaving your child smiling at 08:00am and picking him up so enthusiastic and happy at the end of the day, after work. Thanks again, Jas for everything!

Our son, Alfie, has been with Jas from a small baby until now when he is preparing for reception. He has thoroughly enjoyed his time with Jas and learnt a great deal on counting, drawing, reading and writing. Jas is always contactable, helpful and, as an ex-teacher, on the spot with EYFS tasks. If I were to have another kid (not gonna happen, we need our sleep now) then we'd send him/her to Jas again!
