Butterflies Montessori Nursery

I can't recommend Butterflies enough; Michelle and her team are wonderful. They work so hard to help the children develop and build friendships, in a fun and relaxed setting.

What a wonderful Montessori, wonderful staff and a great setting. It feels like leaving your child with family.

Our eldest son attended Butterflies when it first opened and it gave him such a fantastic foundation to then go on to primary school, particularly in his maths and reading. We were initially drawn to the peaceful sense of order and beautiful activities the children engaged in. The wonderful and dedicated nursery staff gently encourage a feeling of calm and respect in the setting, whilst still finding a balance of fun and laughter. Michele is deeply passionate about Montsessori’s work and aims to be as true and authentic to this as she possibly can - whilst still adhering to the standard educational guidelines. We now have our middle son attending and in October our youngest will be starting. We still believe it is well worth driving 20mins to and from to give our boys what we feel is the best start for them. 🌟 Very grateful for such a fantastic nursery! 🌟

Both our children have been to Butterflies, one is now at School and the second one is starting school in September. I can't praise the staff enough they are amazing with the children and treat them as if they were their own. There is a sence of calm at the nursery, I don't know how they do it, all the children are happy playing, or sat nicely at the snack table (the children even wash and dry their plates). All the children pick their own activities to play with and they are all educational, they also learn key life skills to ensure they are ready for school. Our boys social skills and vocabulary improved after just a few months of starting. The Boys would always come home and tell me interesting facts they have learnt or they would be singing a new song I hadn't heard before. I would recommend Butterflies to any parent wanting the best start for their little one. Positive Reliability, Professionalism
