Bright Horizons Regents Park Day Nursery & Preschool

Great place with amazing staff.

Our daughter has been attending this day nursery for the past four months. We highly recommend it. Our daughter is excited when she is dropped off. She has bonded well with her room leaders. Although due to Covid restrictions we cannot observe her day-to-day experience, she daily grows in confidence and ability, especially verbally, and much of this is thanks to the nursery. We know this because we do not speak to her in English at home so we know that her many new English words and phrases, and the actions she associates with them ("wash hands!") are directly attributable to what she learns at nursery. We are very thankful for the lovely and professional staff and the ability to work while knowing our daughter is flourishing. Positive Responsiveness, Reliability, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Please do not waste your time with this Nursery as after given confirmation email and they turned us down by responding we do not send out emails. I spoke to the manager of parent enquiry assuring me that he will resolve this and get back to me, today its been over 10 days no response from him or any member of the team. Because of there confirmation I gave notice at my current Nursery and now we have lost our childs place, It is very frustrating being on the phone to Bright Horizons and no clarification is made till date.
