My little cherub has attended Brighter Horizons for 6 months after his previous nursery closed. I cannot fault the staff, so friendly, and accomodating. And his speech has come on leaps and bounds... Literally have 0 issues leaving him there as I know he's in great hands... Also great well updated app so I know I cann see what he's done, eaten and if he's slept and when he signs in & out etc... Phone free zone so can't upload any pics...

Its hard to put into words what the Girls at Bright Horizons Fleet have meant to us over the last 3 years. Our daughter started off in the baby room and yesterday was her very last day. Watching her grow over this time and the important part these girls have had in shaping her into the amazing little girl she is can never be taken for granted. I grateful to all of you that played such a massive part in our daughters life, made her feel safe, confident and ready for the next step! Izzy, Sarah, Claire, Danielle, Boss lady Sarah :), Nicola, Jackie, Toni and Skyla too! Thanks for everything girls!

Daughter finished last year, staff were very attentive and briefed all parents daily on their child's progress.

We have our little boy at Bright Horizons and he loves it. They are so caring and continually help with his development. Highly recommended x

My son was left crying in hysterics for 45 minutes and non of the staff attended to him or his needs, with no toys around him nothing. My son also is non mobile so wasn’t able to crawl or walk. we pulled our son out from the nursery because of lack of fulfilling his needs We Would not recommend using this nursery.

We stopped using this nursery because there is something wrong with it. The staff are extremely friendly but my child was coming back with an upset stomach, ill almost every day, red bottom etc. We have used nurseries before and we never had such problems. Also the nursery is large but has only a few kids, which is not a good sign when most other nurseries are at capacity. Better to avoid using this nursery if you can.

Bright Horizons is not an inclusive school that feels it is okay to exclude a child with SEN. They had the option to see the child and do a self-assessment instead they chose to exclude my child without not seeing her just because the word SEN is being mentioned. The manager said to me she was going to talk to the regional manager on Tuesday yet i got a phone call from my SEN caseworker saying Bright Horizons has decided their setting can not cope with a child that does not have any SPEECH. DISCRIMINATION AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
